Size Changes

Size exchanges should be made as quickly as possible, keeping in mind that the customer will bear the shipping costs.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular-priced items can be refunded; sale items are not eligible for refunds.

If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Returns

Customers have a period of 14 days to cancel and return an order purchased remotely or outside the establishment without providing a reason and without incurring any cost, provided the item has not been used.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
